Anyone living in eastern Skagit County can walk-in or call to request a legal clinic appointment about applicable civil legal issues at the the Mount Baker Presbyterian Church.
Where: Community Blessing Building, 44942 State Rte 20, Concrete, WA 98237, USA
When: Quarterly on the 1st Friday of the month from 1pm-3pm.
